FOR 2007, PARENTS OF PLAYERS WHO ARE UNDER SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE AT
ANYTIME DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR, MAY RECEIVE A NON-REFUNDABLE TAX
CREDIT ON ELIGIBLE AMOUNTS OF UP TO $500.00 PAID BY PARENTS TO
REGISTER A CHILD IN AN ELIGIBLE PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.

Total Registration Fee is $495.00 per player.
A $125.00 non-refundable fee is payable at
registration.
Players who make the roster of each team will be
required to pay the
balance of $370.00, upon making the final cut.
THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE 0F $25.00 FOR ANY PLAYER REGISTERING
AFTER JANUARY 31, 2010.

All uniforms, equipment (except cleats) and luxury
coach transportation to away games included !
Eight games (4 home, 4 away) plus exhibition, plus
playoffs.
** Players MUST bring their
Health Card, Birth Certificate and proof of residency to registration.
This is required for insurance and eligibility purposes. **
Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign their
consent on the registration forms.
